Why windows decide more than people think
On a fourteen-unit townhome project, the window package is one of the largest single line items and one of the longest lead times on the schedule. Order late and framing waits. Order wrong and you are pulling units out after drywall.
We specify Andersen because the supply chain behind it holds up at volume, and because a warranty that spans a hundred-plus units has to come from somebody who will still be there in ten years.
Most of our trade partners have been with us since the start.
Volume and history are what buy pricing a smaller builder cannot get, and they are what get you a delivery date when material is tight.
