We price the ground, not the plan.

Infill lots hide their problems. Grade, access, utilities, setbacks, a neighbor who shows up at the hearing. We have priced enough of them here to know what shows up later.

We know the inspectors.

Our reputation with the inspectors in Denver is second to none. They trust us because we build the right way.

Our subs are local and they stay.

Most of our subs have been with us since the start, subcontractors that specialize in new construction.
